Partners

Iwu graduated with Honours in Statistics from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka in 1984. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and an associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. A very sound statistician, he is comfortable with figures, a quality he has brought to bear on all professional assignments covering audit, taxation, accountancy and other financial consultancy services. He has worked in all positions and departments of the firm and has exerted the expertise gained from this exposure on effective client relationship management. He was admitted a Partner of the Firm in July 1995 and became Senior Partner in 2005 following the retirement of the founding Managing Partner – Alhaji Aminu Ibrahim. He is married with children.

Idris obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree (B.Sc) in Accounting from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in 1986. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, and an Associate of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He joined Peat Marwick Ani Ogunde & Co., Chartered Accountants immediately after his National Service where he had his professional training and qualified as a Chartered Accountant and left in 1998. He joined Aminu Ibrahim & Co. in 1999 as a Senior Audit Manager and was admitted as a Partner of the firm a year later.

Habibu obtained B. Sc Mathematics from Bayero University Kano. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He trained with Peat Marwick Ani Ogunde & Co and later joined Nigeria Defence Academy (NDA) as a lecturer before moving to First Bank of Nigeria Plc where he spent over ten years before joining the firm. He was admitted as a Partner in January 2008.

Joined the firm on 1 December 1997, as Audit Supervisor. He obtained HND in Accountancy - Upper Credit from The Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Etiti in 1991, and Masters in Business Administration from Bayero University, Kano in 2002. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, and an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He was admitted as a Partner in January 2022.

Joined the firm on 1 January 2007 as Assistant Audit Manager. He obtained B.Sc in Geography - Second Class - Upper Division from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka in 1986., and a Masters in Business Administration from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in 2004. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, and an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management - Chartered. He trained with Sulaimon & Co, and later joined Premier Seed Nigeria Limited, Zaria as Financial Controller before joining the firm. He was admitted as a Partner in January 2022.

Joined the firm on 1 May 2006 as Audit Semi-Senior. He obtained B.Sc - Economics from Bayero University Kano in 2004. He is an Associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria(ICAN). He was admitted as a Partner in January 2022.
